It is delicious and has the possibility of tasting sweet or sour, depending on how ripe the blackberries are. In addition, the blackberries are high in gallic acid with an added source of anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. This is great for protecting your overall immune system. 



  Blackberries are a great kind of berry to enjoy, health wise. We already know that it tastes delicious when in season , but in addition, blackberries have one of the highest levels of antioxidant.
